- Then receive your 30 day assurance plan for only $59.99 for a single, double, or queen
     or only $79.99 for a king size.

What you get

- 30 days to exchange up to 2 components on your mattress.

For example, if you have a complete fully enclosed non opening mattress
you may exchange it 1 time.
If you have a core foam with a separate topper a change on either component
will count as 1 each of your allowable 2 changes.

Our goal is to serve you and get you comfortable.
Here is what you need to know for that to happen.

- You have called us first to discuss what your particular concerns and needs are.
     It is important when contacting us that you are specific as to exactly what your
     concerns are and what problem(s) you may be experiencing.
- There was a cover purchased for the core foam.
- The foam core is in its original cover and is absolutely clean, undamaged, and
     in the original plastic wrap you received it in. Please hold on to the
     packaging until you are satisfied that we will not have to alter the firmness.
- The mattress has been in a non-smoking environment, and is absolutely
     odour free with no stains or dirt.
- Transportation to and from John’s Bedrooms is the sole responsibility
     of the customer unless an in-house service plan was purchased for $20.00.
- Mattress pads/covers cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
